CIP - Clean in Place.

IDF Cleantech.

Highly effective cleaning.

We have been cleaning bioreactors and containers in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries for over 15 years. Fixed, rotating nozzles take care of cleaning the inside of the container. With a high radiance, self-cleaning properties and a dead space-free cleaning (360 °), this product series has established itself on the market. Our cleaning nozzles deliver replicable results which can be used in validation combined with a high level of reliability and durability.

Special requirements can also be met, as we can adapt the spray patterns of any individual application on request.

We are happy to advise you and look forward to hearing from you .

RCB (Rotary Cleaning Balls)

Our rotating cleaning nozzles – short: RCB – are optimally designed for the requirements of our customers following consistent development. They are also available with nozzle bores. Almost any problem can be solved by standardised elements.

RCT/B (Rotary Cleaning Top/Ball)

The Rotary Cleaning Top – RCT for short – and Rotary Cleaning Top Ball – RCTB – are a further development of the RCB series. Due to the widely spaced bearings, these models achieve the optimum in smoothness, durability and flexibility in all installation positions.

ZSR (Jet Cleaner)

Strong. Reliable. FA compliant. ATEX.

Especially concerning cleaning processes for validation, which must be replicable at any time, powered cleaning devices offer great advantages. Since they are mostly driven externally the rotational movement can be monitored. Jet cleaners often take on the intensive cleaning of tanks, containers and other closed system components. The devices, which operate in the pressure range from 3 to 50 bar, and in special cases also up to 70 bar, are driven either by an external electric or pneumatic motor or by the cleaning agent itself.
